What is Victoria Farm Estate (VICFES)?

Victoria Farm Estate is a farm estate settlement giving Nigerians the opportunity to engage in agriculture, with value-chain support and training for entrepreneurial development.

Phase 1 sits at Ilashe Town along the Owode-Idiroko Expressway in Ipokia LGA, Ogun State — about 20 minutes from Winners Chapel's Canaan Land, making it accessible from Lagos for regular visits and site work.

The estate operates on a land allocation model: plots are made available to individuals and investors ahead of each planting season, with DOSARAF providing mechanised cultivation support so that plot-holders without their own equipment can still farm at a commercial standard.
