Oven Dried Catfish
DOSARAF Oven Dried Catfish is well packaged, free of preservatives, tasty, and ready to eat — free of Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbon (PAH) and with a six (6) month shelf life.
With installed processing capacity to handle 2.4 tonnes of live catfish monthly, we run a unique marketing strategy for our packaged Oven Dried Catfish, engaging wholesale distributorship across the country and empowering youths through our distribution channel. The product is sold nationwide and stocked in various supermarkets. We are exploring export opportunities in the near future, focused for now on the local market while improving the product daily.

DOSARAF Dressed Broiler is hygienically processed, stone-free, tasty, nutritious and ready to eat — produced with no preservatives and packaged for the table.
Raised on our own farms as part of our Animal Husbandry operations, our broilers are reared to maturity and hygienically processed under quality-controlled conditions before packaging, giving households and food businesses a trusted, locally produced alternative to imported frozen chicken.
